Shipping Costs Within Germany
Standard shipping:
Standard shipping within Germany costs 5.95 EUR for orders under 250 EUR. Shipments are handled by DHL / Deutsche Post. All of our packages include a tracking number, which we email to our customers once the items have been shipped. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. (This does not apply to shipments destined for locations outside Germany.)
Free shipping from a value of goods of 250 EUR:
For orders totaling 250 EUR or more, shipping within Germany is free. The items are shipped via standard shipping and therefore include a tracking number, which we email to our customers once the items have been shipped. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. (This does not apply to shipments destined for locations outside Germany.)
Shipping costs outside Germany (EU and International)
Shipping costs for deliveries outside of Germany depend on the destination country. Deliveries are made via DHL / Deutsche Post or UPS. All of our packages include a tracking number, which we email to our customers once the items have been shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and can be found in the list below. The information is based on the estimated delivery times provided by our shipping carriers:
