Shipping costs within Germany
Standard shipping:
Standard shipping within Germany is 5.95 EUR for orders under 250 EUR. The shipment is made with DHL / Deutsche Post. All our packages have a tracking number, which we send to our customers by e-mail after the goods are shipped. The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. (shipments to be sent outside Germany are excluded from this)
Free shipping from a value of goods of 250 EUR:
For a value of goods of 250 EUR the shipping costs within Germany are free of charge. The goods are shipped by standard shipping and thus also have a tracking number, which we send to our customers by e-mail after the goods are shipped. The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. (shipments to be sent outside Germany are excluded from this)
Shipping costs outside Germany (EU and International)
Standard shipping outside Germany is 7.50 EUR. The shipment is made with DHL / Deutsche Post or UPS. All our packages have a tracking number, which we send to our customers by e-mail after the goods are shipped. The delivery time varies according to the recipient country and can be seen from the following listing. The information is based on the estimated delivery times of our shipping service providers:
- Austria: 2-3 business days
- Netherlands: 2-3 working days (Standard shipping €5.95 / Free shipping over €300)
- Belgium/ Luxembourg: 2-3 working days (Standard shipping €5.95 / Free shipping over €300)
- France: 2-4 working days
- Spain: 2-4 business days
- Portugal: 4-5 working days
- Italy: 3-4 working days
